The party scenes were entertaining and a good mix of the serious and ridiculous. But loved her ending and glad she’s finally going to do something for herself. She wasn’t allowed to have any dreams of her own as it all was about taking care of her siblings. And quickly learned that her mother was not well and had to step in to help. Even at a young age, she didn’t trust her father-for good reason. Such a selfish, egotistical man.Īnd Nina! Oh gosh, she really went through it all. I hated that he came back and eventually left her again.
